To take care of all the demands of the market, Fante has incorporated three excellent Chilean fine wines in its line of products. They are wines elaborated from grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Valle del Maule, in a privileged position between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean, in Southern Chile. The sandy soil, formed by volcanic ashes; the plain lands, which provide excellent solar exposure - and the rigorously controlled production, limited to 1.5 kg of grapes per vine - guarantee the harvesting of ideal fruits for the elaboration of wines of superior quality that also accept storage in a better way. The Mediterranean climate, with abundant rains in the winter and a dry summer and with a high temperature oscillation between day and night, allows the grapes to have a greater development of polyphenolics and excellent concentration of aroma and flavor.

Sol de Chile Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine presents an intense and deep color, with a large quantity of mature and elegant tanines. It is a complex wine, with touches of mature fruit, tobacco and chocolate.
It is suggested to be served with red meat, dishes prepared with herbs and strong cheeses such as Blue Cheese and Gruyere.
13.5% alcohol/volume.
Ideal serving temperature: around 17°C.



Sol de Chile Gran Reserva Carménère
This wine has an intense dark purple color, and it is soft and persistent in taste. It presents touches of fruit, chocolate and pepper, which makes it a balanced wine, mixing fruit and wood in perfect harmony.
It can be served with pasta, pork, red meat and light cheese.
13.5% alcohol/volume.
Ideal serving temperature: around 17°C.




Sol de Chile Gran Reserva Syrah Rosé
It is a wine which presents a balanced taste with touches of red fruit and a shinny, translucent cherry color. Touches of strawberry and cherry complete its fresh and sweet aroma. The final taste is refreshing and persistent.
It should be served with poultry or fish, salad and desserts. It is also good as a drink before the meal.
13.5% alcohol/volume.
Ideal serving temperature: around 17°C.
