The Demi-Sec Sparkling Wine Oremus is produced with selected Chardonnay and Riesling Italic grapes. It is a fine and simple wine, balancing a refreshing acidity with a constant “perlage”. It presents touches of floral, citric and honey taste. It is produced according to the “Charmat” process, which guarantees the quality in each bottle. The gas bubbles are natural, produced from a second fermentation, which occurs in sealed tanks, where all the flavors and aromas are kept untouched until the wine is bottled.
It is indicated to be served in social gatherings and events.
11.5% alcohol/volume.
